Most minerals are lost in the process of obtaining common or sea salt. Mediterranean Sea water is obtained with an exclusive and patented process of mechanical filtration and cold, which maintains the full range of minerals intact. 3.5% of Mediterranea Seawater are mineral salts, of which 86% is Sodium chloride (common salt). The rest consists of minerals and trace elements that are not in common salt or sea.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
By immersing our selected in Mediterranea Seawater potatoes, prior to fry over low heat according to traditional recipe, we enhance their original flavor, which is neither bland nor salty … It is another simply story.
